Four Atlantic City residents have won the chance to buy a home at a steep discount. The Press of Atlantic City reports Karajenae Peak, Bianca Rios, Robin Cheatham-Wimbish and Nika Brooks are winners of the First-Time Homebuyer Lottery program, organized by New Jersey Community Capital. These four will have the chance to purchase a newly built home in the city’s Venice Park neighborhood, for at least 50% of the home’s value, a savings of more than $200,000.
