Superior Court Judge John C. Porto made no decision Monday about whether the Atlantic City Housing Authority should be held in continuing contempt of court for failing to comply with court orders for almost two years. According to the Press of Atlantic City, Porto will set another court date to take testimony from experts about whether the authority’s plans to repair rather than replace the heating system and gas lines at Stanley Holmes Village .
