The Midtown Atlantic City Community Development Corporation (Midtown CDC) is hosting monthly cleanups to address the blight.The organization’s Adopt-A-Block program provides support and resources for those who want to mitigate heavy litter, illegal dumping and other trash in the neighborhood’s public spaces.This is done in partnership with the city, neighbors and business owners, said Kacey Wilkins, the director of community health investment and development for the corporation.
