Gov. Phil Murphy’s office said Wednesday that Mayor Marty Small Sr. should consider whether he can effectively lead the city in the wake of his indictment on charges of endangering the welfare of a child. The Pressof Atlantic City reports Small said in response that there is no doubt he can still do the job.
