An update to the road diet situation iin Atlantic City the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority approved a settlement Tuesday of the Atlantic Avenue “road diet” lawsuit, which allows the city’s main artery to be repaved and other improvements made without trimming travel lanes from Tennessee to Albany avenues. In addition, the board passed it without comment in a meeting held via telephone, and no members of the public commented either. City Council is due to vote on the settlement tonight.
