Beginning on or about September 17, 2024, there will be changes to the traffic patterns along Ocean Drive (CR 621) in Lower Township in the vicinity of the Upper Thorofare Bridge. The County will be undertaking more that $5 million dollars of bridge improvements to the Upper Thorofare and Mill Creek Bridges as part of the final phase of a series of planned improvements to the two bridges. To accommodate this work, a temporary traffic signal will be installed so that traffic flow within a designated work area is limited to one lane of travel.
