A Wildwood man is arrested after attempting to disarm officers. 47 year old Rakesh Patel was cuffed in connection with a disturbanc reported at the Heart of Wildwood Motel on Ocean Avenue. He’s charged with disarming a law enforcement officer, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, possession of a ghost gun, burglary, terroristic threats, and resisting arrest. He is being held in the Cape May County jail.
