The Atlantic County Improvement Authority has awarded a $14.3 million contract to T.N. Ward for the construction of the second building at the National Aerospace Research and Technology Park. According to the Press of Atlantic City construction of the 40,000-square-foot research and office facility is expected to be completed in 16 months prior to fit-out of office suites, county officials said. A groundbreaking event for the project was held in October 2023.
