The Atlantic City Police Department is investigating a crash that involved a vehicle and the operator of an electric bicycle that resulted in a fatality. Thursday at 1pm, patrol officers responded to the 100 block of north Maryland for a report of a crash involving a bicyclist, a 57-year-old man, of Atlantic City. Arriving officers found the bicyclist suffering from serious injuries. He was pronounced deceased on scene . The driver of the vehicle, a 40-year-old woman, of Mount Laurel, NJ, remained on scene and cooperated with investigators. There are no charges at this time.
