Middle Township inks an agreement on long-sought development area off Indian Trail Road. According to the Press of Atlantic City, the township declared it an area in need of redevelopment years ago, and put out a request for proposals for the property in 2018. Mayor Chris Leusner said at the Monday meeting of the Township Committee that discussions have been underway for some time, and that several potential developers were interested in the site. A previous effort to develop the site fell apart.
