Ocean City City officials put the cost of the Aquatic and Fitneess pool project at about $792,000. Capri Construction of Vineland had the contract. Officials say a failure in the main drainage pipe required attention. The city decided to also replaster the 46-year-old pool, install tiled lane markers and add a soft material to the deck as part of the project.
