36-year-old Galloway Township man was sentenced to three years in prison for his role in a June 2021 fatal crash that killed a 66-year-old Ocean City resident. The Press of Atlantic City reports Ruddy Narvaez was driving a 2018 Jeep Wrangler at a high rate of speed and ran a red light at Ninth Street and Bay Avenue when he struck a 2005 Mercury Sable on June 22, 2021, the Prosecutor’s Office said Thursday in a news release. The crash killed John David Andrews, 66, of Ocean City, who was a passenger in the Sable.
