A Lower Township man was arrested last week after he allegedly refused to turn over his cellphone when law enforcement alleged he was in an area of Belleplain State Forest where a body was found in a refrigerator. According to the Press of Atlantic City, 46 year old John Patrick Tyrrell is charged with obstruction and failure to allow fingerprinting.
