A Somers Point man died Thursday night after the motorcycle he was riding collided head on with a vehicle on Longport Boulevard, reports the Press of Atlantic City. 66 year old Alfred Mottola II, was riding a 2023 Harley Davidson west near Graef Boat Yard when the motorcycle crossed the center line and continued traveling in the opposite lane before striking a 2010 Nissan Rogue driven by a 17-year-old girl from Glassboro at 8:13 p.m.
Mottola was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the Rogue suffered minor injuries, police said.
