Atlantic City Police arrested a man with a handgun while investigating a road rage incident.
On February 10, at 11:46 AM, patrol officers responded to the first block of north Arkansas Avenue in reference to occupants of a vehicle reporting another driver threatened to shoot them and a handgun was observed. The threats came after they refused to allow the man to merge while driving.
Officers identified a vehicle involved and it was located in the 3800 block of Atlantic Avenue. The driver, 40 year old Joel Suero, was positively identified as the suspect and arrested. A loaded handgun was found in the vehicle and Suero was in possession of eight ecstasy pills.
