Standing on the Boardwalk near California Avenue Bob McDevitt gave his vision for a safer and cleaner Atlantic City.According to the Press of Atlantic City McDevitt, a former union president who was born in the resort and has lived here most of his life, announced Saturday afternoon his plan to challenge Mayor Marty Small Sr. for the Democratic nomination in this year’s mayoral election.The primary election is scheduled for June 10.
