Wildwood will take to the skies this summer as the city hosts its first ever airshow above its expansive beach. BreakingAC.com reports the show, titled “Wildwoods Thunder Over the Ocean Airshow,” was approved at a Greater Wildwoods Tourism Authority board meeting Thursday and will be held Sept. 5-6, the weekend following Labor Day. The event is being sponsored by the Greater Wildwoods Tourism Authority and will be put on by David Schultz Airshows.
