Stockton University and Atlantic Cape Community College signed an agreement Monday to better help arts students from the community college transfer with their associate’s degree to the four-year college.The agreement lets Atlantic Cape graduates pursue a bachelor’s degree in visual arts at Stockton. The partnership is part of Stockton’s Transfer Pathways Program, which helps community college graduates transfer more easily to the four-year college
