An Egg Harbor Township man who admitted supplying fake Percocet pills laced with fentanyl that resulted in the overdose deaths of two teenagers nearly three years ago was sentenced to 15 years in prison Monday, state Attorney General Matthew Platkin said. Elias Santiago, 27, pleaded guilty to two counts of strict liability drug-induced death. He must serve 85% of his sentence before being eligible for parole.
