A 20-year-old Atlantic City man was convicted Monday of drug and weapons charges after police found him selling crack in a convenience store, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said. And the Press of Atlantic City goes on to say Quadri Cooper was found guilty of 11 charges, including distribution of crack cocaine, unlawful possession of a handgun while committing drug crimes, unlawful possession of a defaced handgun, and first- and second-degree crimes relating to employing a juvenile to engage in drug distribution.Cooper remains in the Atlantic County jail and is scheduled to be sentenced June 10.
