A detention hearing for an Atlantic City police officer accused of sexually assaulting a handcuffed woman in his patrol vehicle was postponed Wednesday as the defense wades through evidence provided by the state. According to BreakingAC.com, 24 year old Joshua Munyon of Egg Harbor Township, was arrested Thursday on charges of first- and second-degree aggravated sexual assault, along with second-degree official misconduct. Munyon is accused of assaulting the woman Sept. 13, after he issued her a summons for being intoxicated at the Tropicana Casino, according to the charges. He has allegedly denied the incident, including saying the woman was not even in his car.
