The Cape May County Board of Commissioners approved a shared services agreement Tuesday that will allow Wildwood to join the central dispatch system. The Press of Atlantic City reports the five-year agreement anticipates about $5 million in savings, both in operations and costs to replace outdated communications equipment. Wildwood joins 12 other Cape May County municipalities under agreement with the county for dispatch services.
