Monday through Thursday, the northbound lane of Shore Road in Somers Point will be closed between Dawes Avenue and Ocean Avenue, 6 am – 2:30 pm, weather permitting. The southbound lane will remain open.
Motorists should follow the posted detour and plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route. Police will be on site to assist. Also, through Thursday, lane shifts will be in effect on English Creek Avenue in Egg Harbor Township between West Jersey Avenue and the Black Horse Pike, 7:30 am – 4 pm, weather permitting, for restoration and guiderail work.
