An Atlantic City man who allegedly shot and killed another man near the Route 40 overpass leading to Atlantic City High School last week was ordered held in jail until trial Tuesday. According to the Press of Atlantic City, 52 year old William A. Tucker is charged with murder, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a handgun without a permit in the death of Vaughn Lyons, 43. He’s also charged with drug offenses.
