The man known as A.C. Batman found himself on the wrong side of the law this weekend. According to BreakingAC.com, Curtis Bordley — better known to visitors and residents as the city’s own Caped Crusader — was charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly spraying a man on the Boardwalk. Bordley says that the man spat on him and he was defending himself. Bordley, 34, faces three charges, including the third-degree assault charge, along with weapons offenses related to the possession and use of the pepper spray.
