Stockton University is among the Top 40 national universities for enrolling and graduating low-income students. BreakingAC.com reports the school was 38th for social mobility in the U.S. News & World Report rankings released Tuesday. It is 18 spots higher than last year’s ranking. The publication ranked the university 84th out of 225 public colleges and universities in the nation and No. 158 out of 434 on the Best National Universities list.
