On Monday, September 22, Mill Street in Mays Landing will be temporarily closed between Lenape Avenue and Old Harding Highway beginning at 11 am for a Lake Lenape Dam event. The road will reopen at the conclusion of the event, approximately 3 pm. During the closure, traffic will be diverted to Route 50. Also, Tuesday, September 23 through Friday, September 26, a detour will be in effect in the northbound lane of Shore Road in Somers Point between Cedar Avenue and Maryland Avenue, 6 am – 2:30 pm, weather permitting, for work by the City of Somers Point. The southbound lane will remain open.
