An Atlantic City woman accused of beating a woman repeatedly resulting in her death will have a detention hearing Friday. According to BreakingAC.com, Ceani Barnes, 22, is charged with aggravated manslaughter in the death of Christina Burdette. The 35-year-old mother was found unresponsive Saturday, inside 2127 Sheridan Ave. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Barnes was scheduled to have her detention hearing Tuesday, but it was postponed after her public defender said he just received the discovery in the case.
