An Atlantic City woman accused of beating a woman repeatedly resulting in her death will have a detention hearing Tuesday. BreakingAC.com reports 22 year old Ceani Barnes is charged with aggravated manslaughter in the death of Christina Burdette. The 35-year-old mother was found unresponsive Saturday, inside 2127 Sheridan Ave. She was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy found Burdette suffered multiple blunt-force trauma injuries over an unspecified period of time. Barnes has a pre-indictment conference set for Dec. 1.
