A Camden County boater who was drunk and speeding in the dark when he caused a deadly 2023 crash in the water off Galloway Township was sentenced Monday. 44 year old Jason Santo as sentenced to five years in prison. He pleaded guilty in August to second-degree reckless death by vessel and two counts of fourth-degree assault by vessel.
