Spring delivery of a new 66-unit multifamily property in Atlantic County is scheduled, as it solicits residents through a just-launched affordable housing lottery. Real Estate NJ reports the developer said the project, which will have a mix of income-restricted one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, is the second piece of a three-phase project at 110 South Wrangleboro Road in Galloway. It’s now accepting applications to enter the housing lottery through Monday, Dec. 29, with plans to conduct a drawing on Jan. 19.
