The city of Ventnor is temporarily suspending all paid parking enforcement while an ordinance on the issue is pending.Parking will be free at all ParkMobile and municipal parking locations throughout the city until April 30, according to a post on the city’s Facebook page. An ordinance will be introduced during city commissioners’ meeting Nov. 13 that seeks to make the change permanent.
