A suspect is at large after a vehicle struck a 92 year old woman and fled the scene in Ventnor. It happened at Ventnor and Newport Avenues with the vehicle fleeing the area westbound on Ventnor Avenue, Ventnor City police said. The Daily Voice reports officers found the 92-year-old man lying in the roadway, having sustained serious injuries, police said. He was transported to a local hospital. The vehicle is described as a white Volvo SUV, possible model XC40 with possible front passenger side damage.
