A Galloway Township man accused of killing one teen and wounding another is now charged with shooting a man months earlier. BreakingAC.com reports 23 year old Louis Jackson, 23, was ordered held in jail Thursday, in detention hearing that set out both cases. Jackson was arrested Dec. 2 in Philadelphia, after he allegedly fled following the killing of 15-year-old Jameer on Nov. 7, in the 800 block of Arkansas Avenue. A 17-year-old was wounded. Shell casings in that shooting then linked him to the shooting of another man at 10:37 a.m. Feb. 4 in the area of Grant and Ohio avenues.
