A Bridgeton man who admitted having drugs and a weapon inside his vehicle during a traffic stop nearly four years ago was sentenced Monday to 10 years in prison, the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office said.Arthur Miller, 50, pleaded guilty in November to manufacturing, distributing or dispensing heroin and unlawful possession of a weapon.Police stopped Miller’s vehicle Sept. 2, 2022, and found several plastic sandwich bags containing various drugs and pill bottles inside, the Prosecutor’s Office said. Officers also found a loaded Taurus 9mm semi-automatic handgun in Miller’s waistband.
