BreakingAC.com reports they include attempted murder in the shooting, and then allegedly making threats as police questioned him. While police put Forrestel out as a Florida resident, charging documents list him with addresses in Atlantic City and Ocean City. Police were called to the 2400 block of Pacific Avenue at about 5:30 p.m. Jan. 5, for a ShotSpotter alert that two rounds had been fired.
