Delaware woman charged in a hit-and-run in Ventnor that left a 92-year-old man seriously injured in November was released from jail Thursday. Leslie L. Myers, 51, of Wilmington, is charged with assault by auto and leaving the scene of an accident causing serious bodily injury. She also was issued several motor vehicle offenses. Atlantic County Superior Court Judge Ralph Paolone granted Myers’ release with conditions that she check in with the court weekly and surrender her passport if she has one.
