The final approval of three development projects, including the conversion of a former firehouse into a business center and the addition of more than 330 housing units along the beach and inlet, is scheduled soon by the state body responsible for redeveloping Atlantic City.Plans for 180 apartments in the Caspian Point neighborhood, 152 townhouses in the South Inlet district, and the transformation of an abandoned firehouse on Atlantic Avenue into commercial and office space are all set to be reviewed by the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority.
