Temporary property-tax relief agreements for a new data center and a golf course in East Vineland are approved ?and awaiting the mayor’s signature. According to the Press of Atlantic City City Council officials voted unanimously to adopt an ordinance that authorizes separate payment-in-lieu-of-taxes agreements with DataOne Vineland LLC and with TN Reserve LLC. DataOne finished construction of and opened a data ?center last year at 3963 S.
