A Mercer County man serving a federal conviction for transporting a minor to Atlantic County for sex pleaded guilty Thursday to an eluding charge out of Absecon. According to BreakingAC.com, Bobbyjean Orak, 31,of Hamilton Township, Mercer County, faces a three-year sentence after admitting to ignoring an attempted traffic stop and speeding away July 24, 2024. His sentencing is set for May 22, but it seems that time will be of little consequence to Orak, who faced 300 to 360 months in federal prison under a plea agreement signed Oct. 8.
