According to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s office, a Pleasantville, New Jersey Transit bus driver, 41, who reportedly ran away from the scene of a deadly accident in Absecon last year, was indicted on Wednesday.Younger, Christopher L., is accused of fleeing the scene of a fatal car accident. Last November Thomas V. Kyle, 63, of Absecon, was trying to cross Shore Road when he was hit and killed by a NJ Transit bus that was allegedly driven by Younger, according to a news release issued by the prosecutor’s office on Thursday.
