41 year old Christopher L. Younger of Pleasantville was indicted by an Atlantic County Grand Jury on charges of second-degree Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash. On November 30, 2025, at approximately 5:59 p.m., Thomas V. Kyle, 63, from Absecon was struck and killed by a New Jersey Transit Bus while attempting to cross over Shore Road in Absecon. Younger was the alleged driver of that bus and failed to stop after the accident.
