According to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, an Atlantic County public works supervisor was charged last month for allegedly utilizing county pumps to fuel the trucks of his private company.Mays Landing resident Joseph Jenkins-Ridley, 48, is accused with theft, governmental misconduct, and conspiracy for allegedly planning and directing a massive diesel fuel theft scheme.According to county officials, Jenkins-Ridley, who earns $58,464, is suspended without pay until the criminal matter is being resolved.
