By early Friday evening, Atlantic City Electric reported that all customers affected by Winter Storm Hernando had their service restored.There were toppled trees and broken powerlines as a result of the blizzard, which delivered record-breaking snowfall and wind gusts of 70 mph to areas of the area. Because of the hurricane, over 130,000 consumers have been without power since Sunday.
