Atlantic County veterans in need of short-term rehabilitation services covered by the Department of Veterans Affairs may now receive those services at the county’s Meadowview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Northfield. County Executive Dennis Levinson explained that effective October 1, Meadowview has been approved to accept veterans through the VA’s Community Care Network for rehabilitation services of 100 days or less. According to Levinson, these services may include physical therapy, speech and occupational therapy.
