Cape May Historic Properties

For the first time in 20 years, the city of Cape May plans to consolidate the design standards that guide what can and cannot be done on historic properties, and officials say the new one is beautiful.According to the press of atlantic city City Council expects a public hearing and final vote on the historic design standards at its next meeting, set for Tuesday, July 18 at 3 p.m. at City Hall.The chairman of the historic preservation commission says the project was a year in the making.
