Formal charges have now been filed against a Muncie man stemming from a shooting incident early Sunday that left one man dead and 17 others injured. 36 year old John Vance Jr. is charged with aggravated battery and criminal recklessness in the death of36 year old Joseph Bonner. Witnesses told police the two men were aguing at a local block party just before the shooting occurred.
