The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office and the Northfield Police
Department are asking for assistance in locating Idalia Mendez. Mendez suffers from Dementia
and walked away from her residence on July 5, 2023. Ms. Mendez is 72 years old, 4’9” and
weighs 94 pounds. She was last seen on video in the area of Doughty and Delilah Road in Egg
Harbor Township wearing a turquoise-colored flower-print shirt, blue jeans, blue head scarf and
grey sketcher sneakers.
If anyone has observed Ms. Mendez or has come into contact with an individual that fits the
description, please contact the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office at (609) 909-7800 or the
Northfield Police Department at (609) 641-311 or call 9-1-1.
