The Atlantic City Police Department arrested a drug dealer responsible for distributing narcotics throughout Atlantic County.
On September 27, 2023 a search warrant was executed in the 900 block of Lexington Avenue, the result of a three-month investigation into the possession and distribution of narcotics. The target of this investigation was 19 year old Diogenes Galvez of Atlantic City. Authorities recovered a loaded handgun, nearly one kilogram, or more than two pounds, of cocaine, more than 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine, approximately 770 individual bags of heroin, plus, 56 Oxycodone prescription pills and more than $5,500 in cash.
