An Atlantic City woman 29 year old Rashanah Camper has admitted that she hired a 16-year-old to shoot a woman in 2019. Instead of going to trial Camper accepted a plea deal recommending eight years in prison with no parole for 85 percent, or about six years and about 9½ months.Camper paid Naim T. Madison $5,000 to shoot the woman, identified publicly only as D.M.Camper also gave the then-16-year-old a handgun and drove him around the city to find the victim. When she saw D.M. in the area of Atlantic and Tennessee avenues, Camper told Madison “shoot.”
